We had about three hours in the Louvre in small groups and then had lunch in the food court. Most people had pizza in preparation for Italy. After lunch students had some free time in the museum. Our last stop in Rome was an artist cooperative called 59 Rivoli where artists live and work. We were able to talk with local artists and tour their studios. Getting back to the airport was an adventure! We flew out of Paris and landed in Rome a little past midnight and made our way to the Hilton Garden in near the airport. Students earned the right to sleep in tomorrow.
